Pottery is an effective and creative way to relieve stress, build confidence, mental focus and strength. Classes are available for any age or ability, and can be arranged for small groups or one-on-one. Friendly fees make these journeys into creativity affordable.

GullyPots Clayground is open!
WHAT: Clayground Pass =) grants you access to our private studio, including materials, tools, kilns, and community. Make your joy in this supportive space where it’s safe to be curious and explore your imagination.
WHERE: GullyPots Ceramics Studio on Isleta Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM
COST: We welcome donations of $25 per day to just drop-in and play.
WHEN: Open by reservation during the academic semesters – Fri evenings 6-9pm, Saturday & Sunday noon-5pm.
Pottery Classes
The Clayground Pass
Come play! Curious about the clay, drop in for a day. We’ll encourage your creativity with gentle support to strengthen your building skills and explore surface techniques that bring your imagination to life.
Traditional Methods
These classes incorporate local traditions, ancient practices, and contemporary knowledge to create the potteries. Wild clays are gathered & prepared, potteries shaped and finished, and fired with organic fuels. Students learn to work with the clay and fire like our ancestors did.
